Healthful Nutrition
Worship comes in many forms, but the end goal is to make God smile and give Him glory. You may not have considered your food to have anything to do with that, but may I propose that we can bring a smile to God's face by being good stewards of all that He entrusts us with... including the body He has given us. It is in our body that we carry out the vision He puts in our hearts. If we take care of our bodies, we can prevent some of the things that might otherwise slow down our progress for the Kingdom.
There are things we can do to help promote health in our bodies so that we can ably fulfill the grand vision He sets before us. One of my passions is eating foods that nurish and replenish the body, giving it the fuel it needs. Our bodies are continuously replacing cells - and the food that goes in our mouths is the material that is used to build our cells day after day... so good food produces good cells!
