Tamari Marinated Chickpeas

1 can (14 oz) chickpeas
1 tbsp oil
2-2 1/2 tsp lemon juice
2-2 1/2 tsp tamari (or soy sauce or Braggs)
1/2 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped/ground (or basil is also nice)
1/8 tsp salt
1/8-1/4 tsp maple syrup

Toss all ingredients together unto mixed.
Simmer until moisture is absored.
Can serve hot or toss cold into salads, etc.
