Sweet and Sour Veggies

Cook veggies of choice, ex:
onion
garlic
carrots
celery
broccoli
cauliflower
mushrooms
green/yellow/red peppers

Best if not overcooked, keep a bit crisp.

Add:
1 can pineapples (save juice)
1 can baby corn

In a Sauce pan, combine:
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp salt
Juice from pineapples
1 tbsp soya sauce (Braggs is nice)

Cook and add to veggie mixture.
Serve over brown rice.
