2 cup Cashews Pureed with 1c water
1 tsp dried Oregano
3 tsp dried basil
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp lemon juice (or lime)
4+ cloves of Raw Garlic, chopped
1-2 Raw Oinions, chopped

Blend the above until fairly smooth.
Then stir in:
2 cup spinach, chopped

4-6 cup tomato sauce
Nutritional yeast (to sprinkle)
lasanga noodles enough for 3 layers - cooked slightly and cooled for ease of handling.

Coat bottom of dish with tomato sauce, and layer first noodles.
Spread half of cashew mixture on noodles and sprinkle with some nutritional yeast.
Layer second noodles and cover with sauce.
Spread remaining cashew mixture, add another sprinkle of nutritional yeast and a coating of sauce.
Layer third noodles and cover with a generous amount of sauce to ensure noodles are protected from the heat.
Sprinkle with enough nutritional yeast to give an attractive "cheesy" appearance.

Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30-40 min
