Artichoke Heart Pesto

(Ideal as a spead on flat bread or crackers)

1/2 cup walnuts
1 cup Artichoke hearts, drained
6 cloves garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 fresh bunches of basil
5 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 cup raw onion

Blend until mixed
